By passing the burner gas supply through our EMG before mixing with air and combustion, we improve combustion efficiency and reduce
the production of undesirable by-products like NOx, carbon particles, and CO.
Our Gas Booster module has been tested
in laboratory conditions, achieving a reduction in natural gas consumption of 14 to 16% while maintaining the thermal output of the
connected burner. In full-scale installations, the Gas Booster is expected to save at least 9% to 11% in gas consumption, depending
on various factors such as process, operation mode, and natural gas quality.
